This is a map which includes five complex redstone structures. All of them can definitely be useful in most worlds. It really provides a great showcase for anyone who is interested to learn more about redstone or just want some inspiration.

Industrial Elevator: This is one of the best elevators I have tested as of yet. It works very similar to an elevator in the real world and it’s also very easy to use. Just enter it and then press a button to go up or down.

Vault Door: It’s important to keep your stuff safe. Build a vault door as the following and no one will be able to get inside! (You might wanna switch out the wool for obsidian though!)

Drawbridge: This is a really useful structure for places you want to restrict to certain players only. The drawbridge can be enabled/disabled on both platforms.

10000 Combination Password: This is a very secure vault system which will keep your valuable chests safe. To access through the door you need to do a whole variety of tasks. I couldn’t even get it to work, that’s how complex it is!

There is one more creation in this map but that one I will let you explore by yourself in-game!

This is a redstone machine which has been created to resemble the human body. It’s kind of similar to a tamagotchi which is a toy which was popular maybe 10 years ago or so. Basically you’ve got to care for it by feeding it food and so on. Some of you might find this childish but I thought it was pretty funny!

The body has a few different abilities but they can only used as long the body is being well taken care of.

Place some cooked chicken in the mouth to force feed the person.

It will eat as much as it can but after a while it might get tired. This is when you need to place a sea lantern in the hopper on the right side of the structure. You can think of it as an energy drink.

After you’ve fed him enough food he will automatically process the food and do his business. This involves both urinating and pooping.

You can also press the button at its heart to make it start moving its legs. But it has to be active in order for this function to work.

This is a clever redstone creation which is supposed to work similar to a TV. You can turn it on and off and watch an infinite variety of shows as none of them will ever be the same. It makes use of mobs, dispensers, water and lava. The rest you can probably guess if you are any experienced with redstone!

Sit down on the comfortable minecart couch and then use the lever to turn on the TV.

As soon as you’ve flipped the lever the show starts. It’s a little bit different than a normal TV though as everything which happens on the screen is real!

You can even enter the TV and experience it as virtual reality in Minecraft. OK, I might be exaggerating this a little but it’s still a really cool and clever redstone creation.

The background will actually be moving when it’s turned on.

This is an advanced TNT cannon which is really useful if you want to set up a defense for your base. For example, maybe you are going to play a TNT wars then it would be a good idea to build this machine as it lets you fire TNTs in 8 different directions!

Press one of the buttons to fire off a TNT block.

If you press the button in the bottom right corner then it will go off in the opposite direction and so on. This kind of machine is very useful if you are playing a TNT wars map.

A few seconds after you’ve pressed the button a TNT block will be launched away.

Don’t forget to the fill up the dispensers with more TNTs.

This is a map which features somewhere around 10 different redstone machines and the best thing is that all of them are very easy to build. Get some inspiration of what kind of machines you can build in your own world. Most of the machines are explained with a brief text so make sure to read the signs in-game.

Here are a few of the redstone machines which you will find in-game.

Manual Beacon Beam Power: Use the levers to control which potion effect to enable.

Trading Machine: Trade your food for diamonds.

Unlimited Water Collector: Fill up your empty buckets!

Cobblestone Generator: Do you think it is boring to mine cobblestone? I do too, but with this machine you can automatically generate cobblestone.

There are multiple different redstone structures to explore.

Just when you think you’ve seen everything there are still some things left to see. For example, there is one hidden elytra course in the map.

This is a great map which have multiple redstone creations which I have never seen before in Minecraft. Some of them include a hidden furnace cooker, a microwave and a smart cobblestone generator. The best thing is that most of the creations seem fairly easy to build.

Hidden Auto Furnace: Drop some raw food items on the dirt and then some coal on the grass path. Wait for a few seconds and then open the chest to find some freshly cooked food.

Microwave: This one works similar to the creation above. Drop a raw food item in the microwave and then stand on the yellow clay block to receive it cooked when it’s done.

Elevator: This is one of the best elevators I have come across. It’s very easy to use. Just stand on the correct block and then press a button to get to the top.

Multi Cobblestone Generator: This generator lets you generate cobblestones in three separate lines at the same time.

Hidden Room: To access the hidden room drop some signs on the coal block. It’s really good because no one would ever know about it unless they knew about it before.

There are more creations than the ones mentioned which can be discovered in-game. It’s a really good showcase if you are looking for inspiration for your next builds.

Massive Megahydron is an incredibly big robot. It’s entirely powered by redstone and is hooked up with more than 10 different types of rocket launchers which fire everything from explosive charges to poisonous arrows. This is a great map to try if you are looking to learn more about robotics in Minecraft and maybe even learn to build ones yourself.

To start the robot use a flint and steel on the observer blocks as seen in the image down below.

As soon it has been ignited it will start moving forward and shoot explosives.

This map is a small showcase of a huge raptor machine which is entirely powered by redstone. Once it starts moving it will shoot fire charges from its claws. These kind of maps are always fun to experience as they never cease to surprise what is possible to create in Minecraft.

While I do admit it might not be very useful as you won’t have any great control over the machine it is still a good map just for inspiration. For example, you can use the concept of a moving machine in this map to build some kind of vehicle which transports you from one place to another in your own world.

Once you’ve loaded the world there is a white structure which you can climb up to get to a platform. From the platform you can reach a yellow clay block. Destroy the yellow clay block to start the machine.

As it starts moving it will start shooting fire charges. They are not explosive but if you are hit by one you’ll definitely lose some health.

This is what the machine looks like from the ground. It looks kind of scary, don’t you think?

This map demonstrates the beacon feature in Minecraft Pocket Edition version 0.16.0. In the map you will be able to use levers to activate multiple beacons to take advantage of different potions effects.

Use the levers to decide which type of potion effects to activate. As soon as a lever is toggled a sticky piston will pull the a diamond block to allow the correct beacon to beam and thus generate the potion effect.

This gunship is much more powerful than its predecessor (Slimeblock Megaplane). It has six guns which will start firing TNTs as soon as the gunship has been set in motion. Besides being a total badass in the air it can also hold up to 12 passengers. Just stand on the blue clay blocks, relax and enjoy the ride!

The first things which you need to do is to load the guns with some TNTs. Two cannons are located on each end of the wings. The remaining for can be found in the body of the plane.

To start the airplane and cause it to start flying find the tail of the airplane and remove the obsidian block. Then use flint & steel to ignite a fire where the signs tells you to do it.

Make sure to stay close to the center of the gunship to make sure it flows steadily forward. If you get too far out of reach then parts of the gunship will stop working.
