DaphneElaine’s Let’s Play World (S02E50)

Fifty episodes have been recorded since the first episode of Daphne Elaine’s Let’s Play Season 2 was released. Every 10th episode she does a release of her Let’s Play world and that’s what you are going to see here today. The map consists of beautiful creations with a lot of creative details which makes the map extraordinarily fun to explore. Even though it’s a tiny village there are lots of spaces to be explored, even if some are more hidden than others.

Ciudad City

Ciudad City has many different type of buildings you would expect to find in a smaller city which is striving to expand. All streets look busy as there are countless of cars and trucks trying to make their way through the city. Even if the cars don’t actually move it still makes the city look a lot more realistic and alive. There are buildings such as a fire department, a hospital and a soccer stadium.

Here’s a tower crane doing some work at a construction site.

A helicopter is coming in for landing, probably after picking up somebody hurt and in need of immediate care.

The highway looks really cool because there are many trucks and cars driving there.

The rooftops provide nice little terraces for residents.

Mega Dropper Halloween

Mega Dropper Halloween is the fourth map in the popular Mega Dropper map series. There are five different levels to play which makes it shorter than usual but it’s nonetheless a great minigame with jaw-dropping levels to experience. It’s also more difficult than the previous maps. The ultimate goal is to collect all the keys to unlock the door to the freezer where Dr. Finkel Fracken has been locked up. It’s getting cold in there.. you better hurry up!

At the bottom of each level there is a little bit of water. Your objective is to fall safely down to the bottom and land in the water. If you survive the fall there will be a chest at the bottom with a key (also known as a sand block). In total you will need six sand keys to unlock the door to the freezer where Dr. Finkel Fracken is stuck and need rescue.

Mushroom Village

Mushroom villages don’t exist by default in Minecraft, but they should. There’s already mushroom islands and mooshrooms (cows) so it would make sense if there were villagers of this kind too. In this map you can experience how a mushroom village might look like.

The structures in the village look similar to the ones that exist in normal villages but with some additional structures like the tall houses looking like champignons. If you enjoyed this map then you might like to give this other mushroom village a try.

Modern Hotel

Are you looking for a luxurious getaway in Minecraft? Go visit this modern hotel which is probably one of the largest hotels ever built in Minecraft Pocket Edition. There are countless of available rooms and several terraces which offers luxurious things like swimming pools and tennis courts. We highly recommend you to use Flow’s HD texture pack while playing this map as it will increase the realism of the map.

The Cave

The Cave is a mini CTM map. Mini doesn’t necessary mean it’s a short map. We would guesstimate it’s worth at least one hour of gameplay assuming you aren’t in a big rush. The mission is to go out on an adventure to try and find two precious wools which you need to complete a monument. The two wools are of course not very easy to get. There are tons of mobs and other obstacles on the way which you must fight or get past in some way.

The spawn is in a room where you can read all the rules and recommended settings for the map. But we highly advise you to read the rules further down too as it will make things easier for you.

To begin the actual gameplay you will need to step forward to the enchantment table. Then look down and you should see a glass block. Break the glass to fall down and die. Then you will respawn at where the adventure starts.

The main objective of the map is to find one black wool and one red wool. Then you are supposed to complete a monument by placing the two blocks in the structure which can be found at the very beginning of the map:

There is a shifting type of terrain to be explored. The beginning of the map looks quite innocent but as soon as you step into the first cave which is filled with cobweb and scary monster spawners things quickly change.

Mega Arena

Mega is a PvP arena suitable for 2-8 players. Before entering the arena there’s a lobby and two external rooms where you can pick up gear, potions and other necessities which might come in handy during the battle. When everyone have accessed the arena make a countdown to begin the battle to make sure everybody is ready. There are no specific rules for the map as the premise of player versus player maps is self-explanatory.

Ultra

Ultra is a puzzle map with five normal levels and three extra levels. It’s probably inspired by the popular MindDud PE map series but the difference here is that the levels are much easier. If you are looking for an easier challenge to start with before testing the MindDud maps then we would definitely recommend giving the Ultra puzzle a try.

Furniture Ideas

Building a house in Minecraft is easy, right? But actually coming up with ideas for things to decorate your house with can be a pain. Normal furnitures which exist in real life like couches, chairs and similar they don’t even exist in the game. But it doesn’t have to be hard decorating a beautiful home, at least not if have a look at this map. Here are about twenty different designs for furnitures and they are built using only blocks which exist in Minecraft by default (no mods needed!).

Here’s a computer workstation. It’s built using a painting, a block of quartz, powered rails, stairs and some stone bricks.

Couches and chairs made out of cobblestones might not be the most comfortable ones but they sure look quite modern, especially if you decide to use the trapdoors as armrests.

This setup includes two couches made out of stone bricks and a blue table made out blue carpets and glass panes.

This is a baby crib made out some signs and a normal bed. Keep your children safe!

A beautiful dinner table setup. It’s very easy to make too. All you need is some stone brick stairs, carpets, a wool block, fences, a flower and a flower pot.

These lamps are made out of trapdoors, a glowstone and some fences.

This fireplace must be the most genius one we’ve seen. It’s made out of plenty of signs and boats. The only downside is that it leaves little space for the actually fire (torches).

If you want a fireplace with more fire then this one is a good alternative. It’s made with some stone slabs, netherracks and flint & stone to ignite the fire.

Haunted Mansion

If you decide to play this map it will probably be the first (and last) time which you stepped inside a haunted mansion willingly. It has been ported from the PC version of Minecraft to Pocket Edition and the map features a large mansion which is decorated with pumpkins, glowstones, torches and everything one would imagine which makes it look very spooky. There’s even a little graveyard in front of the house. So it’s not exactly a place which any sane person would visit willingly, but despite it’s haunting and spooky look it’s by no doubt a really incredible creation.
