Traditional Mansion

Traditional Mansion is one of the most detailed houses we’ve ever reviewed here on MCPE DL. The first glimpse of the house is amazing as it looks so realistic and once you approach the house things get even better. For example, in the garden there’s a man riding a lawn mower. It’s so unexpected but such an amazingly realistic addition.

On the inside of the house you find plenty of rooms and all of them are filled with custom made furnitures. Everything from laptops and TV screens to a fully furnished kitchen. It’s so many clever creations it’s just breathtaking.

Metropolitan Industria

Metropolitan Industria has been built during a period of two years and finally it is released. It’s an astonishing map with loads of enormous skyscrapers and busy streets which you would expect in modern city. But there are also big parks with water ponds and other necessities you’d find in a park in real life. Hundreds of hours have been put into creating the city and the result is amazing. It’s by no doubt one of the greatest cities ever built in Minecraft Pocket Edition which at the same time have a very high attention to detail and strinkingly realistic objects.

When first starting the world make sure to set render distance to a minimum. We tested this map on a Nexus 9 and found this the only possible way to launch the map.

Even if the map lags on first entering it just let it load for a while before starting to move around in the map.

iEscape: Breakout

iEscape: Breakout is the sequel of the first map called iEscape. In every new level of the map there’s a challenging puzzle which you have to solve in order to find your way out and on to the next level. In total there are 15 levels and it just gets harder for every completed level. Look out for signs as they usually include rule updates and sometimes even clues.

Ancient Human Skull

Imagine going on an adventure and then find an enormous ancient skull of a human. That’s exactly what you would come across if you were to play this map. It’s an incredibly big skull located out in the desert. It looks extremely realistic and very spooky when the night falls. It’s definitely not a place we’d recommend going to during the night as you never know what monsters might be lurking there.

Redstone Calculator

This is a fully functional redstone calculator which can perform the basic process of addition on two numbers and then printing the result on a screen made out of wooden blocks and glowstones. It’s a great map to demonstrate the possibilities redstone provide in the latest version (0.13.0) of Minecraft Pocket Edition.

At this point the calculator can only use addition but in the future it will be able to use subtraction and multiplication as well. By default it starts from zero.

Walk up to the the numeric keypad and select the first number. In this example we selected number 9.

Find the plus button and press it. Then return to the numeric keypad and select the second number. In this example we chose number 8.

Wait a few seconds for the redstone structure to process the numbers and have them displayed on the screen display (glowstones). And as you can see the result was 17 which is very much true.

Journal 3

Journal 3 is an epic adventure map taking place in the kingdom of Atbash. You are a known hero in your kingdom and the king wants you to go on an adventure to find the third Magi. Journey through epic winter landscapes, ancient forests and into the depth of the Nether to stay true to your duty, find the Magi and save the kingdom from being doomed.

It’s by no doubt one of the most amazingly built adventure maps so far created for Minecraft Pocket Edition. It’s a jaw-dropping experience through epic landscapes. And the fact that it’s the first adventure map to be released by Alacrity Builds tells us that there are more maps like this one in store for you in the future!

CraftToUnlock

CraftToUnlock is a puzzle map consisting of 9 levels. In every level the challenge is to figure out what items you need to craft to be able to find a way out of the room and on to the next level. It’s especially difficult because, as you probably already know, it’s not possible to deconstruct items so you always have to think hard before deciding on which items to craft.

Fallout PE (Modded Map)

Fallout PE is based on the first Fallout PE map we wrote about a while back. Back then it was just an open world survival map with no real quests or things to explore. In this map you will be able to experience a much bigger world and it also includes a mod to make the survival experience even more enjoyable with some custom features such as weapons, quests and other items you would expect in an apocalyptic world.

As you start out in the world there’s not much of an indication to understand what caused the apocalypse. But in your continued adventure you will come across mysteries which might hint some of the reasons.

As this is an open world survival map you aren’t forced to walk a certain path or begin with a certain quest. But most of the quests has been structured in a way to make your survival easier and find out more about the apocalypse.

When first spawning in the world you are exposed to radiation (which is indicated by a red text in the center of the screen) and you will be moving much slower. Find a protective suit (also known as a chain armor) to wear to protect yourself from the dangerous radiation.

Use the quests to explore the world. There are lots of things to explore and many hidden secrets to find out about.

All items/blocks can be found in-game in the map.

Tic-Tac-Toe

Tic-Tac-Toe is a minigame where two players take turns marking empty spaces in a 3×3 grid and whenever one of the players manage to get their marks in a row that player wins. The game is quite simple but it requires a much more complex redstone structure than you’d probably imagine.

Tic-Tac-Toe requires two players, no more or no less. When each player has entered his control room the player should pull down the lever at the door to indicate when he’s ready. On the wall in the control room there is 9 levers. Take turns toggling the levers to select your marks on the board.

The player who succeeds in placing three three marks in either a vertical, horizontal or diagonal row wins.

Recommended Settings: 0% brightness

It’s a quite advanced structures as you can see.

RMS Titanic Sinking

RMS Titanic was a British passenger liner which collided with an iceberg in the North Pacific Ocean on 14 April 1912. The ship sank in the early morning of 15 April 1912 and more than 1,500 people are expected to have lost their life in the accident. Even until this day it lies on a depth of 12,500 feet beneath the water surface. In this map you will be able to see a similar version of the ship in its sinking hours. It’s a quite scary scene but nonetheless a part of our history which deserves its own creation in Minecraft as a memory of the accident.
