Imperial

Imperial is a medieval adventure map with a good consistent story all the way through the map. It’s an epic adventure with loads of things to experience as there are many side quests to be completed and loads of areas to be explored (including towns, mines, castles and more). Even if this isn’t supposed to be an open-world map it does feel like it as all creations are well suited with the environment they are built in.

Realistic Medieval Town

This town has been built with an idea to make it as realistic and accurate as possible. The fact that it’s based on reality adds so much fun to exploring it as you can imagine your own ancestors living in towns like it. This is another proof that playing Minecraft can actually help educate yourself. There is a story related to the town explaining the history of different buildings and the year it is currently set in.

The year is somewhere around 1360 (AD) and it’s estimated that the first houses was built a few hundreds years back. Some things to indicate this is an old Saxon church and a Norman castle which both still exist but is no longer the center of attention. The main attraction in the town is an enormous Gothic cathedral which stretches far higher than any other building and can be spotted from miles away. It’s a medieval port town and several ships and boats can be found in the harbours.

Abandoned House

The Abandoned House is a parkour and puzzle map where you have to put your intelligence to a test. The only given clues are the ones written the few signs which can be found at some different locations throughout the map. Besides that you are left completely on your own. If you enjoy parkour and new challenges then this map is suitable for you.

Make sure to put difficulty on before starting because there are a couple of mob spawners around the map. You are given weapons once spawning in the world to defend yourself.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 (House)

Five Night’s at Freddy’s 4 (House) is a hide-and-seek minigame which can be played by up to four players. One of the players should be a seeker and the rest should try to find a good hiding place. It is allowed to place torches but if you want to make it even more difficult and a little bit more scary then don’t allow any torches.

You’ve been sent to a tiny village, populated only by criminals, after being sentenced for a crime you didn’t commit. The only way out is through The Chambers but everyone you talk to in the village say that nobody has ever come out of there alive. You are put in a situation where you have to pick between a life stuck in this tiny awful village or fighting for your freedom. The decision doesn’t require much thinking.. if there’s a way out, you need to find it..

Gvasdnaar Castle

Gvasdnaar Castle is a small castle situated on the shore of a larger ocean. It has been built in tune with the environment as very little of the terrain appears to have been terraformed. This truly makes it look more realistic and well adjusted to the terrain. In the castle there’s a couple of empty houses which you can decorate to your liking. There’s also a hanging platform which you can use for hanging traitors. It’s not actually working but you could pretend as if it was or add some redstone functionalities, we suppose.

Updates Trivia

How much do you know about the version updates for Minecraft Pocket Edition? Here’s a map which will test your knowledge with 13 different questions. The wrong answer is punished by death so you better be right! Beware, many of the questions are quite narrow and require very specific knowledge. That’s why we truly recommend to go read up some on the version history before getting started!

On each new level there will be a questionaire with 2-3 different answer options and a chest where you can collect sand keys. Stand on the sand and gravel and then select one of the answers by placing a sand key. If it’s the right answer the door to the next level will open. If you are wrong, you will die and have to start over.

BeatBox64

BeatBox64 is a really fun map interested for anyone who enjoy music or just enjoy the sight of advanced redstone creations. When first entering the world you will be able to turn on an amazingly good beatboxing song which plays on repeat. But the best thing is that you can tune the song just the wayyou want it simply by toggling levers 512 differently tuned noteblocks.

Traditional Mansion

Traditional Mansion is one of the most detailed houses we’ve ever reviewed here on MCPE DL. The first glimpse of the house is amazing as it looks so realistic and once you approach the house things get even better. For example, in the garden there’s a man riding a lawn mower. It’s so unexpected but such an amazingly realistic addition.

On the inside of the house you find plenty of rooms and all of them are filled with custom made furnitures. Everything from laptops and TV screens to a fully furnished kitchen. It’s so many clever creations it’s just breathtaking.

Metropolitan Industria

Metropolitan Industria has been built during a period of two years and finally it is released. It’s an astonishing map with loads of enormous skyscrapers and busy streets which you would expect in modern city. But there are also big parks with water ponds and other necessities you’d find in a park in real life. Hundreds of hours have been put into creating the city and the result is amazing. It’s by no doubt one of the greatest cities ever built in Minecraft Pocket Edition which at the same time have a very high attention to detail and strinkingly realistic objects.

When first starting the world make sure to set render distance to a minimum. We tested this map on a Nexus 9 and found this the only possible way to launch the map.

Even if the map lags on first entering it just let it load for a while before starting to move around in the map.
